History

Jaime Orfão, managing partner, started his own business in 1994, having founded Hidro Orfão - Hydraulic Solutions Lda. in 1997.

The evolution and growth of the business led the company to feel the need to expand its scope of activity and as a consequence the creation of associated companies and subsidiaries distributed throughout the national territory, namely Fluxcontrol, Hidrauliman, Draulitec and a subsidiary of Hidro Orfão.
In the South of the country is Fluxcontrol - Trade and Technical Assistance Lda, headquartered in Vendas Novas and specialized in the forestry sector.
In the center of the country, in Leiria, is the headquarters of Hidro Orfão, as well as Draulitec. Draulitec - Hydraulic Solutions values its ability to provide hydraulic area assistance.
In the district of Aveiro, in Águeda, is Hidrauliman, a company focused on responding to industrial needs in the areas of hydraulics, pneumatics and industrial maintenance.
In the North of the country is the most recent investment of Hidro Orfão, its branch in Maia, also known as the Northern Division of Hidro Orfão. In this way, the company invests in its proximity to the customer and in competitiveness at the national level.

The bets of Hidro Orfão also extend to the quality of its services and products, working towards completing its ISO 9001:2015 certification process and certification of its products.
