Double-acting polyurethane wiper, without a shoulder, which cleans the rod and keeps the oil film.
The P9 is a rod wiper with two lips. The outer one cleans dust, mud and other debris off the rod before it gets into the cylinder, which prevents scoring and spares the guides and the rod seal. The inner one leaves a thin layer of oil on the rod, so the rod does not run dry.
It takes up little space, does not need tight tolerances in the housing and fits without special tools, as long as the chamfers are rounded and free of burrs.
