Transmission

Parts to connect the hydraulic pump to the electric motor, the combustion engine or the power take-off:

Flexible couplings KTR ROTEX and BOWEX, TRASCO and OMT, with spiders in several hardnesses;
Bellhousings that fix the pump to the motor;
Oleodinamica Borelli speed increasers and clutches for power take-offs;
Splined bushes and sleeves to DIN 5480, DIN 5482 and SAE and bearing supports.

To mount a pump on an electric motor you need three parts: the bellhousing (which joins the motor flange to the pump flange), the coupling (a hub for each shaft and the spider in between) and, if needed, a bush. Give the power and frame size of the electric motor (or the flange), the pump flange type (for example SAE A or European) and the shafts on both sides: diameter and key, or splines and standard.

The spider hardness (Shore) changes the damping: softer spiders absorb more vibration, harder ones transmit more torque.

OMT ND series coupling hubs and elastic spiders for connecting hydraulic pumps to electric motors. Sizes from ND48 to ND143.
PTO gearboxes

Speed-increasing gearboxes for tractor power take-offs, with male or female shaft, for group 2, 3 and 4 gear pumps. Ratios from 1:2 to 1:3.5, single and double.
Bearing supports

Outboard bearing supports for group 2 and 3 pumps, taking the radial loads when the pump is belt or chain driven. Select by pump group and shaft type.
Clutches

IM and IE series clutches for engaging and disengaging hydraulic pumps, with flanges for group 3, SAE-B and SAE-C. Choose the clutch and the flange that matches the pump.
Splined bushes and sleeves

Splined bushes and sleeves to DIN 5480, DIN 5482 and SAE for adapting hydraulic pump and motor shafts. Give the tooth count and the spline standard.
KTR Bellhousings

KTR aluminium bellhousings that join the electric motor to the hydraulic pump, drilled for SAE or ISO or left blank for machining. Select by motor flange diameter and pump flange.
