Marchesini regenerative valve that adds the rod-side oil to the pump flow so the cylinder extends faster.
The VRSP recovers the oil leaving the rod side of the cylinder and sends it to the cap side, adding it to the pump flow. The cylinder extends faster as long as it meets no resistance. When the cap-side pressure reaches the set value, the valve starts sending the rod-side oil to tank and the circuit returns to normal, with full force.
The pressure at which regeneration switches off depends only on the cap-side pressure.
- Connections: C1 to the rod side, V1 to the supply, P to the cap side and the supply, M to a pressure gauge if wanted
- 1/2" (V1220): 60 l/min, regeneration from 50 to 100 bar, pilot ratio 1:4.5
- 3/4" (V1230): 95 l/min, regeneration from 60 to 110 bar, ratio 1:5.5
- Maximum pressure: 350 bar
- Zinc-plated steel body, hardened and ground steel internals, NBR seals
