VBCD DE CC overcentre valve

The VBCD DE CC controls and locks the movement of a cylinder or motor in both directions. It lowers the load in a controlled way, without letting it run away under its own weight or causing cavitation, and limits the pressure when there are shocks, overloads or sudden movements.

It was designed for closed-centre directional valves and is not sensitive to back pressure, so it works where normal overcentre valves fail to control the load. It comes set at 320 bar. Marchesini asks for a setting of at least 1.3 times the pressure caused by the load, so the valve closes even with the maximum load.

• 3/8" (V0441): 35 l/min, pilot ratio 1:3.1
• 1/2" (V0442): 50 l/min, ratio 1:3.1
• 3/4" (V0443): 105 l/min, ratio 1:5.5
• Maximum pressure: 350 bar

The /RP18 versions have a 1:8 pilot ratio. V1 and V2 connect to the supply and C1 and C2 to the actuator.
