VBPSL pilot check valve

The VBPSL lets oil flow freely in one direction and closes in the opposite direction until it receives pilot pressure. It is the usual way to hold a cylinder in position without relying on the tightness of the directional valve. It is mounted in line, in any position.

Connections are simple: V to the supply, C to the side of the actuator that must be held, and Pil to the pilot line. Sealing is by a guided poppet, with no leakage.

• 1/4" (V0201): 20 l/min, 350 bar, pilot ratio 1:9.8
• 3/8" (V0202): 30 l/min, 300 bar, ratio 1:6.5
• 1/2" (V0203): 45 l/min, 300 bar, ratio 1:4.6
• 3/4" (V0204): 80 l/min, 250 bar, ratio 1:4.4
• 1" (V0205): 120 l/min, 220 bar, ratio 1:3.5

All sizes have a G 1/4" pilot port. Zinc-plated steel body, hardened and ground steel internals, NBR seals. An 8 bar spring is available on request.
