VRFU one-way flow restrictor

The VRFU regulates the speed of a cylinder or motor in one direction and lets the oil return freely in the opposite direction, through a check that opens at 0.5 bar. It is not compensated, so the flow depends on the pressure and oil viscosity, but the adjustment is very fine. It is set with the aluminium knob, after loosening the side locking screw.

V connects to the supply and C to the actuator: flow is regulated from C to V and is free from V to C. With a pilot-operated check valve on the actuator, the VRFU goes between the actuator and that valve.

• 3/8" (V0582): 30 l/min, 350 bar
• 1/2" (V0583): 50 l/min, 350 bar
• 1" (V0576): 80 l/min, 250 bar
