Female JIC crimp hose fitting with 37° cone (ISO 8434-2, SAE J516), with a 90° bend, from the VOSS Interlock series. In the Interlock series the ferrule locks mechanically onto the fitting body, which holds the hose at the highest pressures. It is the series for spiral hoses (4SP, 4SH, R13 and R15).

1.1/16" for 3/4" hose
1.5/16" for 1" hose
1.5/8" for 1.1/4" hose
1.7/8" for 1.1/2" hose

The JIC size is the UNF/UN thread of the nut. Crimp with the Interlock ferrule specified for the hose; as a rule, the hose is skived outside and inside before crimping, to the manufacturer's chart.
