Steel spring guard

Spring made of coiled steel wire, fitted around the hose. It protects the hose cover from wear and impacts and, when placed next to the fitting, helps to stop the hose bending too sharply where it leaves the connection.

It is mainly used on hoses that work close to stones, logs or steel structures, such as on forestry, construction and agricultural machines, where a plastic spiral wears out quickly.

Available from 17 to 54 mm. Before ordering, measure the outside diameter of the hose and compare it with the size you choose: the spring should slide onto the hose without forcing.
