GE tube-thread union for lubrication (LL series)

Straight tube-to-thread union (VOSS GE type) for LL series pipe, the extra-light series of centralised lubrication lines. One end takes the pipe, by means of an LL series DIN cutting ring and nut; the other screws into the port of the pump, the distributor or the lubrication point.

Available options:

• 4 mm pipe: 1/8" thread
• 6 mm pipe: 1/8", M6x1, M8x1 or M10x1 thread
• 8 mm pipe: 1/4" thread

In the attached VOSS datasheet, the LL series GE unions in these sizes have a tapered male thread (BSPT, marked R, or tapered metric), which seals on the thread itself, and are rated PN 100.

Before ordering, check the outside diameter of the pipe and the port thread (diameter and pitch). If you are not sure whether the port is parallel or tapered, compare with the part being replaced. Sold as the body only: the LL series DIN nut and cutting ring are sold separately and are listed in this item's accessories.
