Electromagnetic pulley clutch for B-section belts, 30 kgm torque, 12 V DC coil.
Electromagnetic clutch with pulley for B-section V-belts, with a 12 V DC coil and 30 kgm torque (about 300 Nm). When the coil is energised, the pulley locks to the shaft and the pump starts working; with no voltage, the pulley freewheels.
It is used to switch a belt-driven hydraulic pump on and off remotely from an engine, for example on trucks and machines with a pulley power take-off, without stopping the engine.
The manufacturer part number is 30940/SF. Before ordering, check the coil voltage, the pulley diameter and number of grooves, and the shaft of the pump or bracket it fits on.
