Shipping costs

Bühler BNK series air/oil coolers with gerotor circulation pump driven by the same motor as the fan. They work off-line: they draw the oil from the reservoir, cool it and return it, independent of the machine return flow.

  • BNK 2.4-30: 0.75 kW, up to 28 l/min, 5.2 kW at 40 K, about 40 kg
  • BNK 3.4-30: 0.75 kW, up to 28 l/min, 9.6 kW at 40 K, about 45 kg
  • BNK 4.4-60: 1.5 kW, up to 57 l/min, 16 kW at 40 K, about 59 kg
  • BNK 5.4-60: 2.2 kW, up to 57 l/min, 20.8 kW at 40 K, about 80 kg

4-pole motors, IP55; oil up to 80 °C. The stated power is with 40 K difference between oil inlet and air. To choose, calculate the heat to be removed and the flow you want to circulate.
