Right-angle adapter with a BSP male thread on one side and a BSP female thread of the same size on the other. It screws into a port to turn the connection through 90° when the hose or tube has no room to come out straight.

Sizes: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1" and 1.1/4" BSP
BSP is the 55° parallel pipe thread (ISO 228-1); a 1/2" BSP male thread measures about 20.9 mm across the outside
