Straight union, S240 series: the metric male screws into the port of the pump, manifold or valve, and the female JIC hose fitting tightens onto the male JIC 37° end.

There are 13 combinations, grouped by JIC size:

  • 7/16" and 1/2": M12x1.5
  • 9/16": M14x1.5 or M16x1.5
  • 3/4": M14x1.5, M16x1.5, M18x1.5 or M22x1.5
  • 7/8": M18x1.5 or M22x1.5
  • 1.1/16": M26x1.5 or M27x2
  • 1.5/16": M33x2

Before ordering, check the thread and pitch of the metric port and how it seals (cone, washer or O-ring), as this varies from machine to machine on metric threads.
