Product Details

Brass male plug with BSPT tapered thread, to close female threaded ports on manifolds, sumps, tanks and pipework. Because the thread is tapered, it tightens and seals on the thread itself; for a reliable seal apply PTFE tape or thread sealant.

Available sizes: 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1" BSPT.

BSPT has the same pitch as parallel BSP, but it is tapered: check the type of port before ordering. For parallel ports with a spot face, use a BSP plug with a washer or an ED seal.
