E.MC Y clevis (fork) with pin, screwed onto the end of the cylinder rod. The thread is M8x1.25, the one given for Ø20 mm pneumatic cylinders.
It connects the rod to a rod eye or a plate on the machine and lets the joint pivot in the plane of the fork. The pin comes with the clevis.
