The Z1 is Ronzio's smallest series of aluminium gear pumps, used on mini power packs and low-flow circuits.

The pump is configured in the options: type (single, or middle pump to fit behind another pump in a multiple unit), direction of rotation, rectangular European flange, flange and cover in aluminium or cast iron, 1:8 M7 tapered shaft, displacement and Ø12 / Ø12 flanged ports.

  • Displacements: 1.1 to 8.8 cm³/rev
  • Maximum continuous pressure with aluminium flange and cover: 240 bar on the small sizes, 120 bar on the 8.8 cm³/rev
  • With cast iron flange and cover: up to 300 bar (170 bar on the 8.8 cm³/rev)
  • Mineral oil, -10 °C to 80 °C

To replace a pump, check the code on the nameplate, the direction of rotation (seen from the shaft end) and the flange. Middle pumps are fitted with the Ronzio K1000000 multiple pump kit.
