B&C cartridge kit, 25VQ type

B&C replacement cartridge for Vickers 25VQ fixed displacement vane pumps. The cartridge is the assembly that makes the pump: ring, rotor, vanes with inserts, support plates, flex plates and seals, already assembled. Replacing it restores the pump's flow and pressure without changing the body or the shaft.

The size number is the flow in gpm at 1,200 rpm and 7 bar. From the B&C catalogue:

• 12: 40.1 cc/rev
• 14: 45.4 cc/rev
• 17: 55.2 cc/rev
• 19: 60.0 cc/rev
• 21: 67.5 cc/rev

Maximum pressure with mineral oil: 210 bar; speed from 600 to 2,500 rpm. The cartridge is handed: check the code on the pump nameplate and whether it has an L (left-hand rotation).
