Argo-Hytos EL8-STD DIN rail electronics, driving single or double solenoid proportional valves in open or closed loop, with spool position feedback.
The EL8 is an Argo-Hytos control unit for DIN rail mounting in the cabinet. It drives single or double solenoid proportional valves, in open or closed loop, normally with spool position feedback: the spool position follows the reference signal with low hysteresis, and the coil current does not change with temperature.
Parameters are changed through the USB-C port, with the Argo-Hytos software, even while the machine is running, and the same software shows the values in real time. On the front there is a status LED (green when working, yellow with enable active, red on error).
- Supply (STD): 10.8 to 28.8 V DC; 12 or 24 V DC coils
- Reference and feedback: ±10 V or 4-20 mA
- Outputs: 2 PWM from 0.8 to 3.5 A
- Connection: Phoenix Combicon terminals, 4 x 4 pins
- Case of 22.5 x 100 x 114 mm, IP20; works from -40 to +70 °C
