Shipping costs

The VBCD DE controls and holds a cylinder or motor in both directions. The load comes down in a controlled way, without running away under its own weight or causing cavitation, and the valve limits the pressure when there are shocks, overloads or sudden movements. This is the version for open-centre directional valves.

3/8" (V0420): 35 l/min, pilot ratio 1:3.1
1/2" (V0430): 50 l/min, ratio 1:3.1
3/4" (V0431): 105 l/min, ratio 1:5.5

Maximum pressure 350 bar; factory set at 320 bar. The setting must be at least 1.3 times the pressure caused by the load, so the valve closes even with the maximum load. In-line mounting: V1 and V2 to the directional valve, C1 and C2 to the actuator. A 1:8 ratio (/RP18) and sealed versions (/P, /PP) are available on request.
