The cartridge is the inner assembly that produces the flow of a vane pump: cam ring, rotor and vanes between the plates. Replacing the cartridge restores the pump when the body and shaft are in good condition, without replacing the whole pump.

The 25VS21 designation gives the series and size of the pump. We do not have the manufacturer's catalogue for this VS series, so displacement and flow are not given.

Before ordering, check the full code on the pump nameplate (VS or VQ) and the direction of rotation: the cartridge is assembled for one direction only.
