Nachi VDS variable displacement vane pump, 8.3 cc/rev, with pressure control from 30 to 70 bar and flange mounting.
The VDS is the smallest Nachi variable displacement vane pump, used in power packs for machine tools and small presses. The pressure compensator reduces the flow when the circuit reaches the set pressure, which saves energy and heats the oil less than a fixed pump with a relief valve.
- Displacement: 8.3 cc/rev; no-load flow 12.5 l/min at 1500 rpm and 15 l/min at 1800 rpm
- Pressure adjustment (code 3): from 3 to 7 MPa (30 to 70 bar), factory set at 70 bar
- Speed: from 800 to 1800 rpm, clockwise rotation viewed from the shaft
- Flange mounting (B); ports Rc 1/2 (inlet), Rc 3/8 (outlet) and Rc 1/4 (drain)
- Oil ISO VG32 to 68, from 15 to 60 °C
The drain line must run straight to the tank, below the oil level.
