Shipping costs

The CHM3 is a modular pilot-operated check valve plate fitted underneath an NG6 (CETOP 3) solenoid valve, on the ISO 4401-03 mounting surface. It holds the cylinder in position: oil coming out of the actuator is blocked until pilot pressure arrives from the other line; in the opposite direction flow is free.

Maximum pressure: 350 bar
Maximum flow: 50 l/min in the locked lines and 75 l/min in the free lines
Check valve cracking pressure: 3 bar
Ratio between the pressure in the locked chamber and the pilot pressure: 3.4:1
NBR seals for mineral oil; weight 1.3 kg

Choose the version by the line that must be held: CHM3-D/10N locks A and B, CHM3-SA/10N A only and CHM3-SB/10N B only. Sealing to the plate is by 4 O-rings 2037 (9.25x1.78).
