Argo-Hytos overcentre and pilot-operated check valve (cartridge)

Argo-Hytos screw-in cartridges for holding loads on cylinders and motors. The overcentre valves control lowering and limit the pressure; the pilot-operated check valves only let oil out when they receive pilot pressure.

• BP3 cavity (7/8-14 UNF, 10-3S): SO5A-BP3, overcentre up to 40 l/min, ratio 2.5:1 or 5:1 in the listed versions; SOB5A-BP3, fully balanced overcentre (back pressure hardly affects the setting), 40 l/min; SC5H-BP3, pilot-to-open check valve, 60 l/min, 420 bar, ratio 3:1
• S3 or S4 cavity (1 5/16-12 UNF): SC5H-S3, pilot-to-open check valve, 120 l/min, 3:1; SCC5H-S3, pilot-to-close check valve, 2:1; SOB5A-S3, balanced overcentre, 120 l/min, 350 bar; SOBD5A-S4, balanced overcentre with internal drain, 180 l/min, 8:1

On SO5A and SOB5A-BP3, the number 21, 32 or 42 in the code gives the maximum setting of 210, 320 or 420 bar. Check the manifold cavity and the full code before ordering.
