Eurofluid EOVM103 modular overcentre valve for NG6 (CETOP 3), on A (EOVM103A3F) or on both lines (EOVM103AB3F).
The EOVM103 is an NG6 (CETOP 3) sandwich overcentre valve, fitted between the subplate and the solenoid valve. It holds the load on the cylinder and controls its lowering, with a cone poppet seal. It is intended for open-centre circuits, with lines A and B connected to tank at rest.
- EOVM103A3F: control on line A only
- EOVM103AB3F: control on lines A and B
- Nominal flow 30 l/min; maximum pressure 300 bar
- Pilot ratio 4.25:1; spring 3 (red), setting range 80 to 350 bar, factory set at 280 bar; key adjustment (F)
- GGG40 cast iron body, NBR and PTFE seals
The setting must be 1.3 times the pressure caused by the load. The valve is sensitive to back pressure on the return line; during adjustment a little oil escapes through the adjusting screw, which helps to bleed the air.
