Marchesini VBCD modular overcentre valves for NG6 (CETOP 3) and NG10 (CETOP 5), on A, on B or on both lines.
The VBCD CETOP are overcentre valves in a modular plate, fitted underneath the solenoid valve with no pipework. They control the lowering of the load, which cannot run away under its own weight, and limit the pressure in case of shocks or sudden movements.
- NG6 (CETOP 3), up to 40 l/min: SE/A (V1411), SE/B (V1412) and DE on both lines (V1421)
- NG10 (CETOP 5), up to 80 l/min: SE/A (V1431), SE/B (V1432) and DE (V1441)
- NG10 for closed centre (CC): SE/A (V1436), SE/B (V1437) and DE (V1447)
Maximum pressure 350 bar and pilot ratio 1:4.5 on all of them. The CC versions are for closed-centre directional valves. As with the other VBCD valves, the setting must be at least 1.3 times the pressure caused by the load.
