NG6 (CETOP 3) double modular restrictor that independently controls, on A and B, the flow leaving the actuator. Up to 350 bar and 50 l/min.
The MERS-D is a non-compensated double flow restrictor in ISO 4401-03 modular form. It fits in the stack, under the NG6 (CETOP 3) solenoid valve, and is used to set the speed of a cylinder or motor in both directions.
In the D version the control is on the flow leaving the actuator (meter-out), with one screw for line A and another for line B. In the opposite direction the oil passes through a check valve that opens at 0.5 bar. Metering out keeps the actuator held by the return oil, which helps with loads that tend to run away.
