In the VOSS BV-10 system, the tube end is flared with a dedicated tool and seals in the 24° cone of DIN 2353 bodies (ISO 8434-1) through a cone with O-ring, held by a clamping ring and nut, instead of a cutting ring.

  • S series (heavy), given as tube outside diameter x wall: 16x2, 20x2.5, 25x3, 30x3 and 38x4 mm
  • In the VOSS datasheet: NBR O-ring; nominal pressure 630 bar at 16 mm and 420 bar from 20 to 38 mm

The size includes the wall thickness, because the cone has to sit inside the tube. Check the tube outside diameter and wall before ordering.
