Vickers V10 / V20 vane pump

The V10 and V20 are compact fixed displacement vane pumps, widely used in power steering, agricultural and construction machines and small power units. The V10 is the smaller one; the V20 gives more flow in the same type of construction.

• V10 available: 3, 4, 5 and 7 US gpm (V10-1B-3B… to V10-1B-7B…)
• V20 available: 8, 9, 11, 12 and 13 US gpm (V20-1B-8B… to V20-1B-13B…)
• There is also a V10/03D1A02 with 1" and 1/2" BSP ports

In the Vickers code, the third group (the 3 in V10-1B-3B-1C-20) is the nominal ring flow in US gpm at 1200 rpm; the 1 in the second group is the 2-bolt SAE A flange and the 1 in the fourth group is the straight keyed shaft. Read the full code on the old pump's plate: threads, shaft and port positions change from version to version.
