B&C fixed displacement vane pump from the BQ04 series, which fits in place of a Vickers 35VQ. It is a mobile-type pump, with flexible side plates that cope well with pressure peaks, and the wear parts are in a replaceable cartridge.

  • Cartridge 25: 81.6 cc/rev, 94 l/min at 1200 rpm
  • Cartridge 30: 97.7 cc/rev, 113.8 l/min at 1200 rpm
  • Cartridge 38: 121.6 cc/rev, 139.9 l/min at 1200 rpm
  • Maximum pressure with mineral oil: 210 bar; speed from 600 to 2500 rpm (2400 rpm for cartridge 38)
  • Outlet A (opposite inlet) or C (in line with inlet); shaft 01 keyed or 11 splined

The Vickers and B&C codes of each option are shown side by side. On the old pump, the number after 35VQ is the cartridge; also check the outlet position letter and the shaft type.
