Duplomatic EWM-PQ-AA/20E digital DIN rail card for closed-loop pressure and flow (p/Q) control, with a ±10 V or 4-20 mA signal output.
The EWM-PQ-AA is a Duplomatic digital card for p/Q control, for DIN EN 50022 rail mounting. It takes a pressure (or force) command and a flow command, reads the pressure with one or two transducers and switches automatically from flow control to pressure control, so that the pressure does not exceed the set value.
The E version (/20E) has no power amplifier: the output is a ±10 V or 4-20 mA signal, selected in software, for a valve with on-board electronics.
- Supply: 12 to 30 V DC
- Pressure command: 0-10 V or 4-20 mA; flow command: ±10 V or 4-20 mA
- Two sets of PID parameters, pressure ramps and differential pressure control with two sensors
- Cable break detection on sensor and command; READY and STATUS digital outputs
- Setup in software only, through the USB-B port; 120 x 99 x 23 mm housing, IP20
