3-way priority valve: it keeps the controlled flow at P and sends the excess through port B to a second circuit. From 3/8" to 1" BSP, up to 350 bar.
The VPR3 keeps the flow sent to port P constant, whatever the pressure demanded and the inlet flow. Unlike a regulator that dumps to tank, the excess here leaves through port B and can feed a second actuator; port B is not affected by pressure changes, but it is by flow changes.
E connects to the supply, P to the priority actuator and B to tank or to another circuit. It is set with the handwheel, after loosening the locknut.
- 3/8" (V1060): inlet 60 l/min, controlled 50 l/min
- 1/2" (V1070): inlet 80 l/min, controlled 60 l/min
- 3/4" (V1080): inlet 120 l/min, controlled 100 l/min
- 1" (V1090): inlet 200 l/min, controlled 170 l/min
Maximum pressure 350 bar on all sizes.
