M+S MAP100 axial piston hydraulic motor, fixed displacement and heavy-duty build, from 63 to 100 cc/rev, with SAE-C or ISO 3019-2 4-bolt flange.
The M+S Hydraulic MAP motors are swashplate axial piston motors with fixed displacement. They are heavily built: cast iron housing, hardened shaft, radial and axial roller bearings and a hardened steel cylinder block. According to the manufacturer, the starting torque is close to that of a bent-axis motor, with less pulsation and vibration in operation.
The combinations of this item belong to the MAP100 frame (63, 71, 75, 92 and 100 cc/rev), with 4C flange (SAE-C, 4-bolt) or 4M flange (ISO 3019-2, 4-bolt). Datasheet values: 350 bar continuous, 420 bar intermittent, up to 3500 rpm and 550 Nm. In the code, T means twin side ports, E rear ports and V FKM seals; DARF350 combines anti-cavitation, relief (350 bar) and flush valves.
The datasheet lists agricultural and road-building machinery, mining, fan and slewing drives and hydrostatic transmissions as applications.
The motor always needs a case drain connected to the tank and must be filled with oil before starting.
