Duplomatic EWM-MS-AA/20M2 digital card for stroke control and synchronisation of hydraulic axes, with a built-in coil amplifier. One card per axis.
The EWM-MS-AA is a Duplomatic digital card, on DIN EN 50022 rail, for closed-loop stroke control and synchronisation of cylinders or other hydraulic axes. Each card controls one axis: to synchronise two cylinders you need two cards. It works in master-master (up to 2 axes) or master-slave (up to 6 axes), with two positioning modes, SDD and NC.
The M2 version has the power amplifier built in and drives the two coils (A and B) of a proportional valve directly, with a current of 0.5 to 2.6 A, and monitors the coils. The command position, the sensor feedback and the speed come in as 0-10 V or 4-20 mA. The card detects cable break, position error and sensor fault, and has READY and STATUS outputs.
