Marchesini VBCD SE overcentre valve

The VBCD SE controls and holds the cylinder in one direction: it lets the load come down in a controlled way, without cavitation, and limits the pressure when there are shocks or sudden movements. It is for open-centre directional valves. V1 and V2 connect to the directional valve, C1 to the free-flow side of the actuator and C2 to the side that must be held.

• 3/8" (V0390): 35 l/min, pilot ratio 1:3.1
• 1/2" (V0410): 50 l/min, ratio 1:3.1
• 3/4" (V0411): 105 l/min, ratio 1:5.5
• /RP18 versions (V0390/RP18, V0410/RP18, V0411/RP18): ratio 1:8
• V0395 (3/4") and V0396 (1"): check the code stamped on the valve you are replacing

Maximum pressure 350 bar; factory setting 320 bar, which must be at least 1.3 times the load pressure. A higher pilot ratio opens the valve with less pilot pressure.
