NEM pressure relief cartridges to screw into manifolds. They open when the pressure reaches the setting and relieve to tank. Choose by manifold cavity, flow and pressure range:

  • M-021 (00210300E0): M16x1.5 thread, 1.5 l/min, 250 to 450 bar, for pilot duty
  • CT-022 and 00223 series (SAE 08 cavity, 3/4-16 UNF): up to 20 l/min, in several ranges between 5 and 350 bar
  • CT-023 (SAE 10 cavity, 7/8-14 UNF): 40 l/min, ranges 40-140, 120-250 and 220-410 bar; 0023520000 has a hardened body, which NEM recommends for heavy duty and lifting equipment
  • CT-024 (SAE 12 cavity, 1-1/16-12 UN): 90 l/min, ranges 60-250 and 200-350 bar
  • CT-033 (0033030000): pilot operated, SAE 10 cavity, 100 l/min, 20 to 350 bar
  • CT-052 (0052000100 to 0052030100): direct-acting proportional, SAE 08, 2 l/min, for pilot duty; CT-9800 coil sold separately
