Duplomatic DSB3-RTA directional valve, NG6 (CETOP 3), which reverses the flow direction by itself when the cylinder reaches the end of stroke. Up to 350 bar and 30 l/min.
The DSB3-RTA is a directional valve with a self-reversing spool, subplate mounted to ISO 4401-03, NG6 (CETOP 3). When the flow stops in line A or B, for example when the cylinder reaches the end of stroke, the valve reverses the oil direction, regardless of pressure. The cylinder thus reciprocates continuously without electrical control.
- Maximum pressure at P: 350 bar; minimum operating pressure: 50 bar
- Flow: from 3 to 30 l/min
- Cylinder area ratio between 1:1.25 and 1:2; Duplomatic recommends connecting A to the piston-side chamber
- NBR seals (N), series 10, zinc-nickel finish
To set the circuit relief valve, the self-reversing function must be disabled (shut-off valve closed). The PDF datasheet is in the attachments.
